Cross Cultural Collective (C3) for Mental Health Professionals is a nonprofit project under Community Partners dedicated to supporting the growth, connection, and empowerment of mental health professionals, educators, scientists, and students from diverse backgrounds.

• Enhancing the competence of all mental health professionals who serve culturally diverse individuals.
• Providing a collectivistic community that mental health professionals from multicultural backgrounds often lack and desire.
• Equipping the current workforce with the tools needed to serve our ever-changing diverse society, while also providing mentoring to those who may enter the workforce in coming years (e.g. undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows) from culturally diverse backgrounds.
